Harry Potter fan (and future recipient of a HP tattoo myself) I always enjoy seeing other people’s. But I wanted there to be a place where I could see JUST Harry Potter related tattoos. So, I decided to make that place. Here I’ll post pictures of the tattoos.
The first installment of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows hits theaters in what is argued to be one of the most predictable films of the year. If you were lucky enough to snatch one of those elusive midnight showing tickets, be prepared to surround yourself by the hardcore folk decked out in Hogwarts uniforms with wand in hand.
Potter fans are just as passionate as the Twi-hard fan base, though there is an obscene amount of crossover, no doubt. However I’d argue that the Potter fans are much larger in scale as men, women, boys and girls have been closely following Harry’s journey through Hogwarts as he fulfills his destiny to overpower He Who Shall Not Be Named for the past decade.
If I don’t, and it’s you or a friend’s tattoo, just let me know and I’ll credit it ASAP. Also, if you don’t want your tattoo up, and it is, tell me and I’ll take it down. I hope you enjoy this tumbler and feel free to submit your tattoos! And to prove their devotion to “the boy who lived” many fans have covered their bodies in fan-obsessed ink. Some tattoos are clearly more subdued and not overtly Pottertastic, but others leave me scratching my head wondering if they’ll still be jazzed about having homage to Dumbledore across their back when they’re 70 years old and sagging.
